Pinoy Meets World
Now this is a television show worth watching.
Hosted by the beautiful tandem of Paolo Bediones and Miriam Quiambao, GMA launches a new show called PINOY MEETS WORLD where the duo goes on a worldwide adventure to explore the different countries where Pinoys work, live and travel to. And knowing how widespread Filipinos have migrated, this ultimately means around the world!
Starting this Sunday July 2, Paolo and Miriam, who are both competitive and skilled in extreme sports and adventures, will themselves “explore architectural prides, world heritage sites, world heritage sites, breath-taking sceneries, personally learning how to cook mouth-watering food specialties endemic to the country and experience haggling with local vendors and traders of various places for the best buy products, be it an artifact, clothing or food ingredients” according to The Daily Tribune report.
The pilot of the show starts in picturesque South Korea. The fans of Jewel in the Palace must watch the first episode as Paolo and Miriam visit the locations of the immensely popular Koreanovela, riding horses and wearing the traditional hanbok. The succeeding episodes are in mystical India wherein Bediones gets to meet a puppet master, while Quiambao sits down with a famous beauty personality. They are also ready to be in Germany to witness the World Cup semi-finals, go to see the historic cities of Munich and Berlin and maybe drink a beer or two.

My mom and I have been following Paolo Bediones and Miriam Quiambao ever since they started with their Extra! Extra! segment on the primetime news program then of GMA7, which was long before Extra Challenge became a show on its own. We were both saddened by Quiambao’s leaving the program, and practically stopped watching Extra Challenge when Ethel Booba took over Miriam’s spot. These two look lovely together, and I personally am glad to see them working together again.
yey, a lot of people are saying this show is going to be a hit! they do look cute together don’t they, Miriam and Paolo. what do you think, maging sila kaya?
I watched the initial episode. It was fun watching it! At least Filipinos, especially those who do not have cable subscription, can have a more educational tv viewing experience

this is a show that is worth watching talaga aside from educational na makikita mo pa ang iba’t ibang lugar sa mundo. Sana po ma feature naman ang mcdo sa kuwait kasi don nagwowork bf ko pag kuwait na destination ninyo.

good day to both of you, your show is so great not only we, viewer appreciate every country u visited but also the people who granted their wishes come true. i find it also interesting because my sister is in abroad also she’s in canada, i miss her so much because as her papers approve in the embassy its so “mabilis na na parang 3 araw na lng aalis na sya” so we dont have time to get bonded pa even to our whole family my daughter also miss her so much because when im not around my sister is always taking of care of my daughter…………that’s all i wish we spend more time together pa before she leave…….. thanks and regard to ur show.

and my daughter who is 18 years old dreams, since she was in high school, of travelling to egypt.
then suddenly, pinoy meets world comes to television. i am hoping that as a sign of gratitude to her for being a very good daughter
(she is not studying right now, she stopped after graduation from high school, and worked to help the family)you could bring her to egypt.
she’s intelligent but since we belong to a poor family, i can’t send her to school and this is my one way of making it up to her.

everytime na pinanonood ko yung show nyo im hoping na nandun rin ako kasama nyo kasi ang ganda ng place,may adventures,may natutunan ka etc.
gusto ko pong sumali at mameet ang ibat-ibang tao sa ibang bansa at mameet din ang knilang cultures,traditions at ang ganda ng kanilang lugar.gusto ko rin kasi makaexperience ng adventures isa po kasi sa mga dreams ko yung mkatravel abroad.

sobrang saya every time i watch pmw, kahit pa yung yung pinoy abroad, at least this time pinoy ang nag papasyal sa buong mundo, dati kasi sa lonely planet lang ako nag staga kaya ng mag labas ang 7 ng mga ganitong programa, PANALO TALAGA!!! lakwatsera kasi akong tao, wala pa nga lang chance lumabas ng pinas, but diro sa atin kahit panu nakarating na ring sa ilang bahagi ng luzon visayas at mindanao sa pamamgitan ng mga voluntir work ( environment related) sobrang saya pag narating ko ang mga lugar na datiy nakikita mo lang sa magasine or napapanoud ko sa t.v, kaya naman di sa pamamagitan ng PMW baka sakaling swertihen akong makalabas ng pinas at madala narin ang ilang kaibigang matagal ng nag i envite sa kani kanilang bagong pansamantalang bansang tahanan. gusto kong bisitahin ang kaibigan ko sa nepal at papalarin eh gift narin sa birthfay ko sa sept. 24 ( pwede kahit lampas na special gift pa rin yun noh)mahirap na bansa din ang nepal na gaya ng pinas at may mga gulo din pero marami paring gusto pumasyal dun, aside sa gusto kong madalaw frend ko, gusto ko ring mapuntahan ang 1 shop na kung saan they sell different product made from the fiber of hemp na kung tawagin sa atin ay marijuana, naisip ko lang na kung ma pi fiture ang technology eh baka posibleng ma encorage ang government natin na i adapt , abay sobrang laking tulong sa mga taga norte kung saan ordinaryung damo na walang kamatayang tumutubo, kahit ilang dekada ng sinusunog at ni re raid ang plantasyun. imbes na pinag aaksayahan patayin di dalin nalang dito ang technology, magaganda nag product made of hemp,at walang gastos mag patubo kusang tmutubo tlaga, no need feltilizer na gaya ng ordinaryung tanim na gaya ng gulay. sana ma feature po talaga
