Of tarsiers, ganda and other blogs

It’s time to spread some link-love again!

As per GANDA’s comment here about more Tarsier photos, I thougth I’d lead you to that link from My Gulch and let your heart warm up to the endangered, cute and lovable, gremlin-like halloween-costume of a Tarsier. ;-)

And, who is GANDA? She’s a friend of ours from way back in UPLB who’s now in Japan with baby and hubby. Fortunately for her, yes, G.A.N.D.A is initials for her name. She’s one cool writer I’d say. Must be from all the training she got in Developmental Comm. Check her out and what she says the 5 sweet things to eat before you die. I’m crazy about #5.

Now, MelSantos is another cool guy who visits Filipina Soul often. He’s got with the most informative blog I’ve ever come across. Name it, he’s probably talked about it. Here’s a sampling: “solve problems in your sleep”; “acts of betrayal” and ah.. something about top 10 traits of really close couples. Worth reading. :-)

And NoyPetes’ “Tiyo Delyo’s kalambogeysiyons at iba pa……..” well, speaks for itself. In Tagalog too. Deep and honest. And worth reading and honing my forgotten Tagalog.

Blue Meanderings by Sheila talks about her life in Taiwan. I think a lof of expats can relate to her. Sometimes life is fun, sometimes lonely, and always missing “home”.

Enjoy the wide array of Filipino blogging talents.

But you know what? I love the smell of LATIK. I used to love the scent of latik on pinay’s hair back when “Lolas” would use coconut oil for hot oil treatment on their female apo’s dark thick hair. Have fun in Italy Grace! Beware of the “Fugazi” and regards to all my “Paisanos” in the Ravello coast.

    Hi Grace.

Thanks for the adding a link to my humble blog.
More power to Filipina Soul. I especially liked the one about solving problems while you sleep. I’ll check out Noypetes next.

By the way, I owe my thick , shiny black hair to coconut oil. I miss the smell of the oil, too.

Enjoy your trip, Grace and keep safe.
