Faces of Manila Winning Photo
Canon recently concluded its Shoot and Run 2006 photography contest in Manila, and I’m excited to show you the winning photo in the category “Faces of Manila”! Jeff Lopez, who took the shot and won a brand new Canon 30D camera as first place winner, graciously allowed me to post it here at FS.
With unfortunate events like Typhoons Seniang and Reming, happening in the Philippines lately, we need images like these happy kids to remind us of the Filipino’s resilient and warm personality. It certainly made me smile. Filipinos have a lot to be thankful for this Christmas. These are indeed the faces of Manila.
