ASEAN summit 2007: how it may change the rest of Asia

Carlos Conde covered the concluded ASEAN Summit in Cebu and left these posts for us to chew on.

To quote Conde, the multi-nation agreements that resulted from the summit are being considered by many “to be remarkable in their scope and visionary in their ambition”.

There is hope after all.
