Mga Bugtong/ Filipino Riddles set #7
Another set of riddles for our Filipino students and enthusiasts… This time, the topic centers on animals.
1. May alaga akong hayop, malaki ang mata kaysa tuhod. (I have a pet animal whose eyes are larger than its knees).
2. May ulo’y walang buhok, may tiyan walang pusod. (It has head without hair, it has a stomach without a navel.)
3.L Larawan ng kabagalan, uliran ng kasipagan. (It’s the portrait of slowness; the ideal picture of diligence).
4. Heto na si kuya, may sunong nang baga. (Here it is now, carrying embers on its head).
You have one week to guess the answers before we post them next Wednesday (August 1)!
