F4 star, Ken Zhu, to shoot “Batanes” on location
You know this guy, right?
He’s the Taiwanese heartthrob and member of the boy band F4, Ken Zhu Xiao Tian.
And this week, he is in the Philippines for 10 days to shoot “Batanes” an independent film with Iza Calzado.
(Do I hear fans screaming wildly now?)
Ken Zhu will be arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and flying directly to Batanes Island in a private jet. So I guess he won’t be spending time with fans around Manila, unless of course you visit him in Batanes.
If you don’t get to see him this time, he’ll be back in November to promote the movie, according to director Adolf Alix Jr.
The plot of “Batanes” will center around the love story of a stranded fisherman from Taiwan (Ken Zhu) and a Manila sales girl (Iza Calzado) who relocates to Batanes. The film is expected in theaters starting November 28.

He already arrives in Philippines right. I am glad to hear this out considering that F4 is my favorite till now and I am not growing tired of watching meteor garden here in Philippines. I will surely watch its movie.

Me and my bestfriend were lucky enough to see Ken upclose in the Philippine Domestic Airport unexpectedly last Oct 18, 2007 – Thursday 6:40am. It’s a bliss! We’re both big supporters of F4 and hard core fans of Ken and Vanness.
