filipinos do not know the value to time and does not respect others.
the (monetary) value is confined on their work period, e.g 9am-5pm

i think that the filipino were also aware of the time but u know they just think that some filipino were also doing that , but when they knew that they will have meetings with a foreigners they just arrived on time sometimes earlier than usual.LOL!!!
