Attack of the (killer) caterpillars
This reads like a scene out of a Filipino horror story, except that it’s true.
Caterpillars swarmed three houses and an eatery in Davao City Friday morning, forcing several families in the area to flee their homes. The caterpillars reportedly attacked the houses of Roda Austria, her mother, and one Henry Saludar. They also attacked a nearby canteen. Residents burned tires in the area in a bid to drive away the caterpillars.- GMANewsTV
I’m not sure what the report means by the word “attack”. I picture giant, alien-looking swarms of caterpillars going after people in their own homes, eating everything in sight.
