A family member's flight was cancelled, he had to stay at a hotel at his expense, then his flight was cancelled the next day, he missed his meeting and had to go the following week. The following week at check-in, the morons they have working there, saw him but acted like he was invisible and wouldn't even give him a bag tag, until 15 mins later he had to motion to them. Ofcourse that flight left 4 hours late . What a nightmare! Jet Blue acts as if they are doing people a big favor by letting them fly on their airline! The worst airline ever. They need to cease to exist!I hope they go out of business. I am absoutely disgusted. JetBlue should be ashamed to call themselves an airline.
