Teen pop star Sam Concepcion to sing DreamWork’s "Kung Fu Panda" theme song
What a thrill this is for a local talent!
Teenage pop star Sam Concepcion was chosen by Steven Spielberg’s DreamWorks to sing the theme song for its animated film “Kung Fu Panda”.
Concepcion told ABS-CBN that he made a demo of the song “Kung Fu Fighting“, and submitted it to United International Pictures, and then Dreamworks approved it. How cool is that!
Here is Sam Concepcion promoting the song “Kung Fu Fighting” at ASAP ‘08. A video of the song will be released in the Asian version of the movie “Kung Fu Panda”. The DreamWorks movie will premiere in the Philippines on June 6.
