Hotdog Band Reunion Concert at the Enchanted Kingdom
Manila, Manila, I keep coming back to Manila.

Manila, I’m coming home.
What balikbayan doesn’t know this iconic song by the Hotdogs? I’m guessing this is the song most often sung by homecoming Pinoys as their plane approaches the international airport in Manila.
The Hotdogs are known for popularizing what became known as the “Manila Sound”.
Manila Sound is a musical genre that originated from the Philippines, a very light kind of pop music that flourished in the early 70s characterized by catchy melodies, and makes use of taglish language.
Fans of the band will have a chance to enjoy the live music of this legendary band once again. The Hotdog Band, with Rene Garcia and Maso Diez, will be performing on the next two Saturdays at the Enchanted Kingdom. This reunion concert will feature Manila, Annie Batungbakal, Pers Lab, Bongga Ka Day, and more of their hit songs.
The concert dates are July 12 and 19, 2008 at 6 p.m. at the Enchanted Kingdom Bandstand. Ticket information is posted here.
UPDATE: The concert on July 19, 2008 has been moved to August 30, 2008 at 6:00 – 7:15 PM. The location is the same.
