Survivor Philippines Episode 18: Foot Injuries

Survivor-philippines-linkNaak’s Kiko was kidnapped by the competing Jarakay tribe!

In the previous episode of Survivor Philippines, Jarakay won the reward challenge. Part of their reward was to kidnap one member of Naak.

In Episode 18, which aired on October 8, 2008, Kiko proved to be helpful to the tribe by restarting their fire. Marlon wasn’t too happy about that, though he said that he just allowed to Kiko to do it. Around the campfire, Kiko read parts of his journal to the others.

Back at Naak, the castaways were affected by Kiko’s departure. The next day, JC had to leave the camp because of a foot infection. The rest of them had a good meal, and planned to give some to Jarakay.

Jarakay’s Nina also had to leave the camp because of a possible dislocated toe, sustained during the last challenge. She joined JC on the boat going to the hospital. Apparently, her injury was more serious, a broken bone and not just dislocation. Her foot needed to be immobilized and had to be kept dry at all times.

Jarakay had a lazy day, with limited movements, probably because of the presence of  Kiko in their midst. Marlon continued to straddle the middle ground between the two alliances in the tribe.

At the end of the episode, the castaways painted themselves according to instructions from their treemail.
