Concierge service with PLDT 101-811
“Seek and you shall find” is now true about your local PLDT.
With the “automated concierge service” from PLDT 101-811, any information you want to know will be on the other end of the phoneline. Well, perhaps not everything… but the list is comprehensive!
Anything from services, beauty tips, news, sales and promos, church mass schedules, entertainment and even jokes! Yes, just about anything I suppose, can be asked with PLDT 101-811, using its advanced voice recognition ability.
Now this new service is different from PLDT 187, which is the directory assistance and has a “live” person at the other end.
Linda Bolido asks Inquirer readers to try the hotline and let them know if the service is as good as the ad says.
