Remember the TV show, ‘Lovingly Yours, Helen‘, from many years ago? Each episode of the show was based on a letter sent in by a viewer looking for advice. Tita Helen narrated as the show presented the viewer’s problem. At the end of the show, Tita Helen would give her advice to the letter-sender.
Seeing that there seems to be quite a few Filipina Soul readers who seek advice from their friends in our community, I thought it would be appropriate to give them a place where they could gather to seek and offer advice, as well as just to chat about whatever concerns they have.
Dear readers, this post is for you! This is your little corner in the blogosphere to talk about whatever you want. You will never be off-topic here.

Pare, I made a decision to love and not hurt. I Think of the times we have shared that’s why I’m going back to the Philippines and talk it out personally with her. Kahit ano pang galit ang meron ako ngayon, lalake ako at panindigan ko ang relasyon namin. Hindi naman siya ang ng aya sa akin na dumating sa buhay niya. In time, all problems will be fixed. I’m not talking to her ngayon dahil galit na galit pa ako. Ayokong maging verbally abusive kasi ang gumagawa lang nun ay ang mga taong walang bait sa sarili.

Hindi pa rin kami okay ng wife ko hanggang ngayon. i just decided on my own na hindi muna makipag usap sa kanya ng matagal tagal. Mas okay na din ito kaysa masaktan ko siya sa mga pananalita ko. Siya ang may kasalanan pero ng desisyon ako na huwag munang salingin ang sugat ngayon. May tendency pa naman akong maging verbally abusive pag galit na galit, nakakahiya nga e. I came into her life, she has been with me in good and bad times even when I was financially broke. She lent me money and support, I could’nt ask for more. Mga pinag hirapan niya na pera, tinulong niya sa akin. I’ll take my time. Hindi muna kami mg uusap, when rage and anger is on high. Unfair naman kasi na hindi ko siya kausapin forever. Kaya starting a few weeks back until di pa ako umuuwi diyan, di ko muna siya kausapin. We will talk pag dumating na ako and she know’s this. Dahil nga dito I have set my ground and i know hihintayin niya ang pag babalik ko at ang pag usbong muli ng rel. namin after the storm. mahirap talaga ang LDR, for a woman to be loyal like her, hats off talaga ako sa kanya.

Good day everyone, i just want to say something about the latest events here in the country accdg. To my own observation.. “I heard d news that 1200 accenture employees were lost their jobs. Aside frm that, intel Philippines closed down, while nokia, philips, microsoft company and etc have too many lay-offs. Huhu life is becoming difficult many multi copanies if not shut down are decreasing their workers. At this moment it is said that there are 2.55 million people were lost their jobs in the world since the global crisis begun. Now, i feel so sorry. Im afraid of my future, the future of everyone. So sad

Jasper, talagang world-wide yung economic downturn. Everywhere, I hear of people losing their jobs or in fear of it. Sana nga malutasan na agad, at mag-stabilize na ulit ang economy. Pero sabi mo nga, God has a bigger vision, so we just have to trust Him.
You are right ate maricar, we have God to trust in everything. God will do the rest. Keep praying.
