Bayanihan Dance Company on Tour
The Bayanihan Philippine National Folk Dance Company is on a coast to coast tour. The tour, managed by Columbia Artists Management (New York), started on September 15 and will continue through December 3, 2006. Their first set of shows will be in various venues in California. Then on October 3, they’ll go to Las Vegas, then on to other cities all over the U.S. and a couple of cities in Canada.
Reviews of the tour include:

Tales of traditional Philippine; life, religion, war and love exhibited through creative dance skills and intense vocals…from tribal warrior attire to exquisite gowns the whole cast looked very authentic and beautiful in the stunning array of wardrobe. march 15, 2008 9 AM: i was too shy to ask the name of that lovely lady… she looks so gentle and her eyes are of angels. i saw her waiting in don pepot’s tapsilogan in taft-malvar malate manila. she is a member of the Phil Bayanihan Folk Dance Company. she looked at me three times and i felt in love. they left before i finished taking my meal. they’ll be performing i guess somewhere, maybe abroad
i am desperate looking for a picture of the dance group. i want to talk to her and tell her she was so pretty.
