Wachovia have been consistent with it’s excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Filipinos will surely embrace Wachovia’s Values. In the end it’s the quality of service and the customer’s overall satisfaction ‘that matters regardless of where the call center is. Patience is one of the virtues that most filpinos possess. I should know, I’m a Filipina and I’m currently in my fourth year working w/ Wachovia. This endeavor will help improve the unemployment problem of the Philippines.
