My sister, My Global Filipina
If you look at the bylines for Filipina Soul, you’ll notice that there’s been one other author writing for us in the last few days. I thought a proper introduction is needed since she’ll be co-blogging with me from now on. I am so proud to have MARICAR join our niche of the sphere, and having two bloggers at Filipina Soul makes twice the fun and half the work.
She’s a great writer for both literary and scientific mediums, an avid reader, and a very creative scrapbooker/cardmaker and photographer. She’s a beautiful wife, an equally awesome mom, and a good cook. She grew up in Los Banos, Laguna before she landed in Michigan USA to study, and then decided that’s where she’ll raise a family. She’s also younger sister to yours truly, so now you why this intro’s just so nice! ;-)
Maricar is resident blogger at another B5 media venture called Keeping the Castle, “where everyone’s at home”, a blog that caters to making our home the place of pride and restfulness it should be.
So fellow Filipinos both local and global, let’s welcome my sister, my own global Filipina. Say hello to everyone, sis!
