Pacquaio’s move triggers mass withdrawals

This is getting to be such a spectacle, that it really is no longer funny.

Pinoy Spy posted that after a failed congresional campaign, Manny Pacquiao decided to withdraw all his money from a bank in General Santos after he realized that he spent P140 million in election-related expenses.

This move caused panic withdrawals among depositors of the bank, and in two other banks where Pacquiao didn’t even have an account. Wonder what the boxer must be feeling these days. He didn’t just lose the election but apparently got duped by his own campaign staff.

The hilarious thing though is that Pacquiao will be receiving “the Best Fighter of the World” award from the Boxing Writers of America this week.

What a way to learn a lesson, huh.

Php140,000,000! Wow! That’s equivalent to 5 schoolhouses, 2 fully equipped libraries and and more for a cooperative loan for livelyhood program.

I hope his loss in the last elections does not affect his boxing career. I hate to see a good boxer leave the sport in disgrace.

I’m sure his boxing career is far from over, if anything hopefully what happened will help him concentrate on what he’s really good at.

The worst thing here i think, it’s his people who keeps giving him the go signal in running for such position by not even evaluating himself if he is really capable for that position.

And he himself found to be well-known, the reason why he ran, but hello Pacman, you’re good in fighting one people in a small ring not fighting politics in a huge ring.
