GMA7 has acquired the rights to an international version of the game show, called SURVIVOR PHILIPPINES.
Auditions are now going on nation-wide, so if you’re interested here are information from the website.

Paolo Bediones is hosting “Survivor Philippines” where 3 million pesos will be given to the Sole Survivor after weeks of challenging 15 other castaways.

Howie Mandel and NBC’s “Deal or No Deal” goes Around the world, and the first stop is the Philippines!
And I saw it aired tonight at NBC! Kris Aquino was there as co-host to Howie Mandel. She was in a red-hot very sexy gown. The 26K models came in dancing with their briefcases, and this is the only time that has ever happened to Howie! The NBC preview for “Deal or No Deal” shows a clip of the girls’ dance, and you can tell Howie’s amusement!

I remember playing with the makahiya plant when I was a child. Clumps of this weed would often grow by a path, inviting anyone who passed by to disturb them. I could never resist touching them. “Malacanang of the North“, or otherwise known as the White House of the North.
This palace in northern Ilocos overlooks Paoay Lake, and is the residence of deposed president Ferdinand Marcos and his family when they are in the north. This was one of 29 summer residences that Marcos built during his rule. When it was built in 1977, Malacanang of the North became the venue of the trendiest high society settings. Charlie Green. Now that’s a name that rings like a celebrity already!
British-Filipino kid Charlie Green wowed audiences of Britain’s Got Talent when he sang “Summer Wind”. He had everyone swaying to the music, and got such a merry standing ovation when he was done.
But you see, it’s The Judge Simon Cowell whose words are like hell or heaven. Of Charlie, he said – “I think you’re a little star! I genuinely was not expecting to find someone like that. I’m absolutely thrilled!”
