Ramiele advances to Girls’ Top 8 of American Idol
Yup, for the first time I am following American Idol! That’s of course thanks to one of our own - Ramiele Malubay who just made it to the Top 8!
Way to go, Ramiele! Jeanne has the video of her performance that put her in the Top 8. Now Ramiele really has a great voice but Simon’s comment that her singing is old-fashioned and predictable… that I have to agree. I think she has to take some risks and show the range and extent of her talent, and pick the songs that would put her at the TOP. Like Randy said.. go all out!
Here’s hoping we see her all the way to #1. And don’t forget to vote!

I really want to see her going to the final. To be an Idol Season 7 is a little tough but if she works on her performance, I guess she can make it. Anyway, she is already a winner. I guess by now, some recording producer has an eye on her.

go RM…you can do it, everybody saying let it all out, listen to them….sheesh youre from fL. SHAKE YOUR CONGA…ENTERTAIN THE MASSES, it is your stage when you are on it, smile and grin at the end when you win it all, remember small and powerful not terrible. do not be boring or predictable we want to see you shake your conga like only you can. Then we can call you Mabuhay not Lulaby….GO RM….
