Well, if that’s NOT interesting enough, perhaps the person outside the boat, who has to swim to make sure his rice field is doing well.

WAIT, THAT’S MY TOWN! My first thoughts watching the videos are … “OMG it’s going to land! RUN!”

But no one is running! Instead, people are fascinated, even laughing that such a thing is happening, and happily taking videos…

Yes, Filipinos have the uncanny ability to laugh at our situations, and also the stupidity to think this is a funny disaster. Several homes are destroyed and there is a video of something/someone falling from the sky. My niece tells us several people are dead, including some children in a family.

[UPDATE: Ma (see comments below) noticed some very ugly grammar in my writing, and I comply by correcting myself. Hopefully, Ma feels happy now. I wonder if my English 4 teacher will fail me this quarter.]
