ABS-CBN has released videos taken by the crew which was kidnapped by the Abu Sayyaf last month. The kidnapped group included popular news anchor Ces Drilon. The videos were part of a documentary called ‘Kidnap’.

The documentary includes interviews with Drilon and crew members Jimmy Encarnacion and Angelo Valderama, as they recounted their ordeal in great detail. Actual footage secretly taken by Encarnacion shows their kidnappers, carrying their guns as they hiked through the forest. The rest of the film is fleshed out with re-enactments based on the accounts of the kidnap victims.

The crew was supposed to interview Radulan Sahiron, one of the commanders Abu Sayyaf. Instead they spent 10 days in captivity. The documentary was released by ABS-CBN to aid police in identifying the kidnappers.
